My friend in Nakuru is a master of dessert recipes; this is another one from her kitchen in Kenya.
Biscuit puddingPrint Recipe
- 14oz digestive biscuits
- 5 tbs sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups chopped cashews, walnuts and almonds
- 1 cup chopped nutty chocolate
- 2 cups cold custard
- 10oz double cream whipped lightly with 2 tbs sugar
Sandwich biscuits with condensed milk, beak into bite-sized pieces and place in a large clear serving bowl.
Top with half the custard and half the cream; sprinkle half the nuts and half the chocolate.
Repeat another layer as above, refrigerate for 4 - 6 hours.
Serve chilled it is truly yummy!
