An excellent dip originating from our family in the USA.
Sour cream dipPrint Recipe
- 6 oz sour cream
- half tsp freshly crushed garlic
- touch of salt
- 1 tbs very thinly sliced fresh coriander
- 1 crushed green chillie
- 2 tbs milk or water
Place the sour cream in a serving bowl, add all other ingredients and mi well.
Chill for a couple of hours.
Thin down to use as a dressing, or use as is as a dip with crisps/bread rolls/tacos etc.
