Chutney Apple/mango

This chutney goes well with a lot of dry snacks and starters but especially with the Dokhra and Kebabs.

Ingredients

4 tbs fresh green coriander

  • 4 fresh green chillies
  • 8 oz cooking apple or raw mango
  • half cup raw peanuts (optional)
  • 1 tbs fresh/bottled lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse together until they all form a thick paste.

2. Remove into a small bowl.

3. Serve with roasts and other dry dishes.
