This chutney goes well with a lot of dry snacks and starters but especially with the Dokhra and Kebabs.
Chutney Apple/mangoPrint Recipe
- 4 tbs fresh green coriander
- 4 fresh green chillies
- 8 oz cooking apple or raw mango
- half cup raw peanuts (optional)
- 1 tbs fresh/bottled lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse together until they all form a thick paste.
Remove into a small bowl.
Serve with roasts and other dry dishes.
