This was served at a dinner by my family in USA, it is a simple but delicious dessert.
Pineapple Pudding

- Put the sour cream and condensed milk in a bowl and mix well with a fork.
- Add the pineapple, chill for 3 hours.
- Drop the pieces of fruit over the dessert surface and serve immediately.
- This can be frozen, then thawed for 10mins to soften and served as a soft ice-cream.
