Pineapple Pudding

This was served at a dinner by my family in USA, it is a simple but delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • Put the sour cream and condensed milk in a bowl and mix well with a fork.
  • Add the pineapple, chill for 3 hours.
  • Drop the pieces of fruit over the dessert surface and serve immediately.
  • This can be frozen, then thawed for 10mins to soften and served as a soft ice-cream.

4 tbs condensed milk

8oz tin/fresh crushed pineapple (no liquids)

any 4oz tinned/fresh mixed fruit except bananas
