An easy to make chutney which is perfect to serve with, starters, snacks and bbqs.
Yoghurt ChutneyPrint Recipe
- 4 tbs fresh mint leaves
- half tsp salt
- 2 fresh green chillies
- 2 tbs fresh green coriander
- 1 cup low fat plain yoghurt
Place all ingredients except yoghurt in a blender, work green ingredients together until they form a thick paste, add 2 tbs of yoghurt and blend together again.
Put the rest of the yoghurt into a serving bowl, add blended mixture to yoghurt, mix well and refrigerate.
Serve cold and omit chillies for mild.
