Yoghurt Chutney

An easy to make chutney which is perfect to serve with, starters, snacks and bbqs.


  • 4 tbs fresh mint leaves
  • half tsp salt
  • 2 fresh green chillies
  • 2 tbs fresh green coriander
  • 1 cup low fat plain yoghurt


  1. Place all ingredients except yoghurt in a blender, work green ingredients together until they form a thick paste, add 2 tbs of yoghurt and blend together again.
  2. Put the rest of the yoghurt into a serving bowl, add blended mixture to yoghurt, mix well and refrigerate.
  3. Serve cold and omit chillies for mild.
