Green Chutney

This is a really good mixture of mainly green ingredients and works very well as a dip or accompaniment.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz onion
  • 1 generous cup roughly chopped fresh green coriander (shoots and roots)
  • 2 small green chillies
  • 4 oz tomatoes
  • half tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbs fresh/bottled lemon juice

Instructions

Wash the green chillies and green coriander and plenty of water.

Place all ingredients in a chopper and work until chunky yet well mixed together.

Remove into a serving bowl, add more salt and or sugar to adjust to your liking.
