This is a really good mixture of mainly green ingredients and works very well as a dip or accompaniment.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 generous cup roughly chopped fresh green coriander (shoots and roots)
- 2-3 small green chillies
- 4 oz tomatoes
- 1 small pear/apple/mango (optional)
- half tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbs fresh/bottled lemon juice
Method
- Wash the green chillies and green coriander in plenty of water.
- Place all ingredients in a chopper and work until chunky yet well mixed together.
- Remove into a serving bowl, add more salt and or sugar to adjust to your liking.
