Ingredients

  • 8 oz nearly ripe mango diced into half inch cubes
  • 1tbs finely chopped red/white onion
  • 2 tbs finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tbs fresh/bottled lemon juice
  • touch of salt
  • touch of sugar
  • touch of red chillie powder or paprika (optional)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a serving bowl and mix well togther.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator to serve with roasts and rice dishes.
