Mango SalsaPrint Recipe
- 8 oz nearly ripe mango diced into half inch cubes
- 1tbs finely chopped red/white onion
- 2 tbs finely chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tbs fresh/bottled lemon juice
- touch of salt
- touch of sugar
- touch of red chillie powder or paprika (optional)
Place all ingredients in a serving bowl and mix well togther.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator to serve with roasts and rice dishes.
